Sending the manuscript [not present] of his Tennyson song "Go not happy day," asking him to deliver it to the publishers and to acknowledge its receipt, from 18 to 22 August, to "Bayreuth--Deutschland, Bayern (non à Beyrouth, Syrie)," writing from Rome that the proofs have not yet arrived, thanking Cusins for adjusting the fingering to English usage, etc.
